This is one of my favorite Weight Watchers Recipes. It is SO good; you will never miss the fat and calories that are loaded in most Buffalo Chicken recipes!
Weight Watchers Points Plus = 1 Point Per Serving (1 Cup)
Ingredients:
– 2 Large Skinless, Boneless Thighs, cooked & shredded (about 4 cups)
– 1/2 Cup Buffalo Wing Sauce (I use Frank’s Red Hot)
– 1/2 Cup Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt
– 1/4 Cup Blue Cheese Dressing
– 2 Scallions, thinly sliced
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, greek yogurt, blue cheese dressing and scallions until everything is evenly mixed.
3. Spread the mixture into an 8×8 baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
4. Serve with some celery sticks on the side as a tasty and healthy dipping option!
