Freestyle zero-point cheesecake Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups fat-free, no added sugar, plain Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla or almond extract
  • 1 small box of fat-free, sugar-free, instant cheesecake pudding flavour
    3 tablespoons of Stevia or Splenda

Directions for freestyle zero-point cheesecake:




  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spray a pie dish or 9-inch springform pan with a non-fat cooking spray
    In a large bowl, mix eggs, Stevia, and vanilla extract beat well
  3. Add dry pudding mix and yoghurt, mix well
  4. Pour into dish and bake for 30 minutes
  5. Allow to cool completely, then place in the refrigerator
  6. Chill for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight
