Instant Pot Shredded Chicken Breast
1.5 lbs chicken breasts (boneless, preferably skinless)
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup chicken broth
1. Add chicken breasts, garlic, onion powder, paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper to the Instant Pot.
2. Pour chicken broth over the top, making sure the chicken is covered.
3. Secure lid and set pressure release valve to “sealing.” Set Instant Pot to manual mode on high pressure for 12 minutes.
